CLUB INTRODUCTION
Your dog's first step into the Calm Dog Walking Club.
Before joining the club, every dog starts with a relaxed introduction walk.
It's an opportunity for us to meet you and your dog, experience their current walking habits in their local area and establish where they'll begin within the club.

Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Club Introduction: Free
Club Membership: £50 per week
Location: We collect you and your dog from your home and walk together through your local area.
No pressure. Just a clear starting point for your dog's journey.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE INTRODUCTION?
We meet at your home and take a walk through your dog's local area together.
This gives us the opportunity to see how your dog currently navigates everyday environments, including:

leaving the house

walking on the lead
-
responding to real-world distractions

moving through streets and open green spaces

encountering people and other dogs

We'll also explain how the Calm Dog Walking Club works, talk you through the walking routine and answer any questions you have.
The introduction helps us understand your dog's current skills and determine where they will begin within the club.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE INTRODUCTION?
If your dog is suitable for the club, we'll offer you a place in the membership intake and select a walking slot for your dog.
Once membership is completed your dog will then begin their Foundation stage the following week, where they learn the club's routine and build their foundation skills.
They then continue attending twice a week as part of the same membership, progressing through:
FOUNDATION → PACK → EXPLORER
Membership is £50 per week
This includes your dog's two weekly structured walks, pick-up and drop-off, weekly progress reports and their progression through the club.
Explorer experiences are additional optional experiences available to Explorer Rank dogs.
