🚗 SERVICE PERMISSIONS

taking my dog on one-to-one structured walks
taking my dog on structured group walks (when ready)
guiding my dog off-lead when deemed safe
transporting my dog where required

🚨 EMERGENCY CONSENT

I authorise Puppanome to seek veterinary care for my dog in the event of illness or injury where I cannot be contacted.

I understand that:

Every effort will be made to contact me first
Immediate care may be required in urgent situations
My dog may be transported to a veterinary practice if necessary

💳 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

I accept full responsibility for any veterinary costs incurred, including consultations, medication, or treatment.
